  8. Guarantee and Claims: We guarantee the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

  10. COVID-19 Safety: During the COVID-19 pandemic, we adhere to strict safety protocols to protect our team and customers. We request customers to inform us if anyone in the household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has tested positive.
